New to Hesston Speedway this year is the "Dirt Driving Experience where you drive or can ride along in a late model dirt race car. If you're not quite sure you can handle the high speed driving experience you can try our adventurous high speed dirt track qualifying simulation ride that is available at all races this year. Come to Hesston Speedway to check it out.	Hesston Speedway is a 1/2 mile clay oval located in Hesston, Pennsylvania. The Speedway opened in 1963, operating until 1976. The track reopened in the early 90s. Immediately following the conclusion of the 2009 season, improvements began at the speedway including new clay, pit area reconfiguration, and better parking access, with improvements continuing each year.
	The Dirt Driving Experience is designed to give the racer or race fan the chance to experience what it feels like to get sideways in the dirt around a real race track. Under the guidance of an instructor, you will drive a limited late model master built race car or a GRT super late model. The advanced packages will give you the opportunity to drive both late models the same day. The two seater gives let's you haul a passenger during your dirt driving experience.
